📋 Description

• Serve as strategic right hand to the VP Platform Engineering • Drive alignment, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the tech organization • Act as the link between platform teams and Heartbeat AI and Virtual Assembly Line (VAL) builder teams • Help drive the shift to an AI-first engineering organization • Coordinate the Core Platform domain and ensure information flow across teams, domains, and stakeholders • Support hiring, onboarding, team events, and workshops to develop team culture • Prepare reports and presentations for the C-Level and internal platform meetings • Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects with cross-functional and international impact • Drive initiatives from concept to delivery and ensure measurable outcomes • Support the VP and engineering leads with operations, strategic planning, project preparation, documentation, event planning, and coordination • Track AI adoption across platform teams and remove blockers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in software/tech environments • 3+ years of experience in a startup or demanding project management environment • Highly structured and data-driven analytical mindset • Ability to turn raw information into actionable strategies • Strong communication and relationship-building ability across organizational levels • Ability to bridge platform engineers and business leaders • Proactive get-things-done mindset and ability to make high-quality decisions under pressure • Proficiency with Google Workspace • Comfortable working with SQL, Python, or BI tools such as Looker • Experience with AI productivity tools • Fluent in English
