📋 Description

• Own the software roadmap for Energy and evolve products • Work day to day with development teams • Set domain direction and collaborate with Product Managers on aligned roadmaps, guidance, unblocking, and quality • Partner with operations to ensure products are valuable and operable • Write specifications, run discovery, prioritize, and ship • Shape future energy products, including direct marketing and flexibility • Translate energy-market and regulatory realities into product requirements in Germany and future markets • Define product-health metrics including procurement quality, market participation, activation, and SLAs • Align how prices, products, and activation are presented to customers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to energy, utilities, or similarly regulated platforms • Track record of owning a product domain across more than one team and deciding its future direction • Experience guiding other Product Managers in a domain; line management is a plus, not a requirement • Solid understanding of energy markets, tariffs, energy retail, or energy trading • Experience owning a software roadmap with engineering teams in a regulated environment • Comfort with unit economics and product metrics • Excellent English • German is a plus • Based in Germany or willing to relocate • Bonus: knowledge of flexibility, balancing markets, VPP, scheduling, TSO/DSO • Bonus: knowledge of energy regulation in Germany and other European markets • Bonus: knowledge of optimization and dispatch systems and their relationship to market products • Bonus: line management of Product Managers
