β’ Drive revenue growth and profitability across an assigned portfolio of hotels through proactive and strategic sales efforts β’ Actively manage the market by positioning each hotel's features, benefits, and competitive strengths to influence customer buying decisions β’ Prospect, solicit, and negotiate new and existing business through a combination of outside sales calls, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital communication to increase group and corporate negotiated occupancy β’ Represent multiple hotel properties and brands, balancing priorities to maximize overall portfolio performance β’ Travel as needed to conduct client visits, attend industry events, and generate new business opportunities β’ Collaborate with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager to align pricing and revenue strategies with market conditions and demand trends β’ Monitor market activity and competitor performance to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
β’ Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager in select-service and/or full-service hotels β’ Experience with premium-branded hotels required; prior experience representing multiple brands, including Marriott and Hilton, strongly preferred β’ Strong leadership presence with a professional and polished image β’ Excellent decision-making ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment β’ Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require β’ Bachelorβs degree from a four year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
