📋 Description

• New customer acquisition for our RED division • Lead sales negotiations with decision-makers • Advise our customers on early fire detection solutions • Together with project management, take responsibility for onboarding, advising and further developing existing customers • Prepare cost calculations and proposals and conclude new contracts • Regular reporting • Participation in trade shows and events

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills: you can adapt your language to your interlocutor • Ambitious goals and competition motivate you • You appreciate variety in your tasks • Flexible and highly team-oriented • Ideally, you have prior experience in the waste and recycling industry • Several years of field sales/B2B experience is desirable • You enjoy consulting customers on equal footing and consistently inspiring them • Highly profit- and results-oriented • Ability to turn setbacks into successes • Basic technical understanding • High willingness to travel • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
