📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead across pre-sales and post-sales • Scope customer environments and design 2501 agent deployments for their infrastructure • Run proofs of concept and pilots • Integrate deployments with customer infrastructure and observability stacks • Serve as the trusted technical advisor bridging product and field • Architect solutions, deliver demonstrations, and support technical customer conversations • Participate in system installation and debugging and client ticket analysis challenges during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Strong infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE background • Customer-facing ability to architect, demo, and build technical trust • Ability to bridge product and field • Bilingual French and English speaker • Based in or near Paris, with a soft preference for the Paris region or somewhere easily reachable • Right to work in France • No visa sponsorship is offered for this role • Willingness to use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar coding tools • MSP, startup, or technology scaleup experience is a plus • Ability to work core hours in CET
