📋 Description

• Support strategic customers during the RUN phase as a trusted advisor on complex use cases • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams • Analyze advanced client needs and translate requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform • Manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle to drive product adoption • Deliver tailored solutions beyond standard product capabilities • Lead complex integrations involving APIs, flat files, and third-party tools • Redesign platform architecture • Run solution audits • Provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value • Become a Trello expert through onboarding • Support clients through ticketing and answer portfolio customer questions • Support Customer Success partners on functional and technical questions • Implement SSO and third-party tool integrations, provide technical integration expertise, and troubleshoot • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery • Deliver Professional Services to existing customers • Onboard another Solution Expert • Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices • Work with the partner ecosystem to strengthen client services • Deliver platform audits and services from the Professional Services catalogue

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role (Level 2 or 3 support agents, Technical consultant, Technical Account Manager) • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related • Project management skills • Good understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset • Ability to adapt communication to highly technical and less technical stakeholders • Organized, structured, rational, analytical, and able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations • Full professional proficiency in French, English, and German • Enthusiasm for 360Learning's working environment and Convexity Culture
