📋 Description

• Lead multiple software solution deployment projects simultaneously for European hospitals • Build project schedules, define milestones, and organize implementation phases • Monitor project progress and anticipate risks • Ensure coordination of activities through go-live • Support hospital project managers in preparing and executing deployments • Lead operational meetings and maintain regular communication with local stakeholders • Coordinate team activities and maintain client relationships • Collaborate with data integration, development, application support, and local sales teams • Organize contributor involvement and facilitate the resolution of technical and organizational challenges • Ensure information flows effectively between international teams • Participate in scoping workshops and validation phases • Coordinate go-live activities • Support the first weeks of operations and organize the handover to support teams • Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or project management, or equivalent professional experience • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management • Experience deploying software solutions for international clients is preferred • Experience coordinating implementation projects through go-live • Experience with hospitals, medical software vendors, or digital health organizations is a significant advantage • Software implementation project management • Coordination of multiple concurrent projects • Planning, risk monitoring, and dependency management • Leading project and steering committees • Client and stakeholder relationship management • Coordination of international technical teams • Go-live support • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus • Fluent French • Fluent English • Fluent Italian • Spanish is an additional advantage • Autonomy, a strong service orientation, the ability to unite teams, attention to detail, diplomacy, and strong communication skills in multicultural environments
