📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive technical interviews tailored to candidate backgrounds and relevant ServiceNow modules • Use and refine a structured evaluation framework to assess platform proficiency, scripting capabilities, and real-world problem-solving • Generate detailed written reports and ratings for every candidate for internal review and client presentation • Authenticate claimed ServiceNow certifications • Translate assessment outcomes into candidate skill tiers to support hiring decisions • Perform ad-hoc technical evaluations for candidates sourced by external partners • Develop and update internal training resources to improve ServiceNow literacy among non-technical staff • Safeguard candidate information, assessment methodologies, and sensitive business data according to confidentiality protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Over 15 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience through implementation, consulting, or architectural roles • Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform scripting, including Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ATF • Expertise in Flow Designer and integration patterns, including IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs • Prior experience interviewing, mentoring, or technically assessing ServiceNow professionals • Exceptional written communication skills for clear, structured, and unbiased feedback under tight deadlines • Self-motivated and able to work independently on a flexible freelance basis to meet defined turnaround times
