• Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography • Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities • Manages, supports and builds relationships at key converters and OEM customers • Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers • Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, OR • Highschool Diploma/ GED with ten years of selling experience • Three years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market center • Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships • Skills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales
