📋 Description

• Lead full-stack web and mobile application development • Lead technical initiatives • Perform code reviews • Mentor team members • Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications • Build AI-native products and intelligent agents as part of 3Pillar Global’s enterprise AI transformation work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and React.js • Hands-on experience with React Native and mobile application development • Experience with TypeORM, Jest, and SQL/database fundamentals • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean coding practices, and OWASP security standards • Ability to lead technical initiatives, perform code reviews, and mentor team members • Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications • Experience with either iOS: Swift / SwiftUI or Android: Kotlin / Jetpack Compose • PostgreSQL, Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD experience are good-to-have skills • English spoken every day in a global team
