📋 Description

• Analyze data integrity challenges by investigating, correcting, and monitoring SQL data • Identify root causes through SQL, logs, and code, then fix data issues and remedy the underlying code • Communicate project status and recommendations to client project stakeholders • Craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, high-quality client code • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools • Gather requirements and organize and present developed features for clients • Execute complex activities within the methodology and quality standards across diverse engagements • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions • Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities • Mentor engineers through Communities of Practice and project teams • Drive project delivery within defined architecture from conceptualization through deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js • Experience with AWS serverless services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements • Ability to optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues • Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members • Experience analyzing logs and querying DynamoDB/RDS data stores to investigate errors, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data issues • Experience in Agile software development methodologies • Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles, including abstraction and encapsulation • High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate • Experience creating well-tested, scalable, performant enterprise-level systems • Initiative in mentoring engineers and decision-makers • Understanding of SOLID principles • Familiarity with OWASP • Proficiency in English • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines • Professional software engineering experience on multi-discipline teams • Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, and S3 • Docker and Kubernetes experience listed, with Kubernetes marked optional • Knowledge of Object-Relational Mappers, architectural/design patterns, and unit testing
