• Maintain healthy relationships with buyers at each customer, focusing on maintaining/growing sales • Monitor sales trends and maintain product content via retailer portals • Lead lines review processes and provide direction to supporting team • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support • Develop and execute a business plan and sales strategy • Attend weekly Sales Meetings via phone/virtual means • Achieve targeted sales goals for all channels and accounts • Oversee execution of sales programs and customer expectations • Travel regularly for visits to OEM Customers, Dealers, Trade Shows • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required • 8+ years of outside sales experience preferred in automotive segment, customer, or client relationship management • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the automotive industry • Strong understanding of engineering principles • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies • Valid state-issued driver’s license • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, ERP Software, Concur or other expenses systems
