📋 Description

• Apply the consultancy method with clients, focusing on financial control and assisting them whenever necessary. • Manage the progress of clients' financial control, monitoring improvements and identifying areas for enhancement. • Teach clients how to manage their finances, explaining the consultancy method and its practical applications in their business based on acquired knowledge. • Respond to client questions via WhatsApp and email, ensuring resolution of basic operational and financial issues. • Correct and guide clients on adjustments and improvements to financial management. • Guide clients step by step through the initial phases of consultancy, supporting the recommendations made during the process. • Provide ongoing support to clients through digital communication, helping resolve common questions and issues. • Perform financial audits of clients' entries, ensuring data accuracy and seeking assistance for more advanced reviews when needed. • Conduct alignment meetings to help clients with their difficulties. • Deliver training sessions targeted to the client's stage in the consultancy process. • And much more than financial tasks: helping people!
