📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend services using microservices and containerized solutions on AWS • Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design • Model data and build/integrate REST APIs with third-party systems • Contribute to frontend development where needed • Work directly with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into well-scoped tasks • Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing • Uphold coding standards • Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability • Keep up with industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development in Node.js; C#, Java, or C++ experience also relevant • Solid working experience with React • Proven production experience with microservices architecture • Strong skills with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization • Solid experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs • Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider • Ability to own a module or technical project end to end and drive it independently • Strong software design fundamentals, including principles and patterns • English at Upper-Intermediate level or above, with strong verbal and written communication • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage • Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions is nice to have • Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes is nice to have • Maturity with AI-assisted development is nice to have • Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is nice to have
