📋 Description

• Build intuitive, performant frontends in React and shape the platform's UI/UX architecture • Implement backend logic and integrate with third-party APIs for full-stack feature delivery • Participate in architectural decisions, research, and scalable software design • Work directly with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and break them into well-scoped tasks • Mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and uphold coding standards • Continuously improve UI performance, scalability, and maintainability • Help build an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform automating security, risk, compliance, and IT auditing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development with React • Solid backend experience in Node.js; C#, Java, or C++ also relevant • Strong command of component architecture, state management, performance, and responsive UI • Experience building and integrating REST APIs • Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider • Understanding of microservices architecture • Ability to own a feature or technical project end to end and drive it independently • Strong software design fundamentals and self-driven problem-solving • English — Upper-Intermediate level and above, with strong verbal and written communication • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage • Experience developing high-scale SaaS products with polished, complex UIs is nice to have • Eye for UX and close collaboration with Product and design is nice to have • Understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes is nice to have • Maturity with AI-assisted development is nice to have • Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is nice to have
