📋 Description

• Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio • Help players with account and technical issues • Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries • Work with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and an Operations Manager • Complete assisted training modules to grow, develop, and improve skills • Stay current on the client's newest projects and updates, past releases, and branding • Help players continue enjoying the games they love

🎯 Requirements

• German at an advanced level (C1 minimum) • English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum) • Located in Hungary • In-depth gaming knowledge and interest in video games • Own a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox One Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a modern gaming PC/laptop • Fast learner who takes initiative and excels at troubleshooting • Dedicated quiet workspace within the residence • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with latency under 120 ms internationally • Minimum 8 GB RAM • Windows 11 (all editions except Windows S Mode), or macOS 13.0 or newer • Processor with a CPU Mark of at least 9220; 8th Gen Intel or above, or 2nd Gen Ryzen or above • GPU with a G3D Rating of 4806, such as GTX 760, or stronger • Smartphone for two-factor authentication running Android 10.0 or newer or Apple iOS 16.0 or newer
