📋 Description
• Process high volumes of applicants, with emphasis on late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Advance or disposition candidates quickly to maintain pipeline velocity and avoid delays • Ensure consistent, organized tracking of candidate progress within the ATS
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, coordination, or recruiting operations support • Strong ability to screen candidates against minimum qualifications quickly and accurately • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication and coordination skills
