📋 Description

• Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures • Lead client projects independently from planning through implementation • Ensure reliable adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets • Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions • Help shape the consulting portfolio and support business development • Support the development of forward-looking concepts for insurance clients • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners • Contribute to internal decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field such as business administration, business informatics, insurance/risk and insurance, industrial engineering, or comparable insurance-focused studies • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally in management consulting or at an insurance company • Knowledge of business process management, digitization, workflow and input management, lean management, or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes and with designing and sustainably implementing complex workflows efficiently • Lean Six Sigma or other Operational Excellence and process management certifications are a plus • Independent working style and proactive initiative • Empathy and the ability to advise clients as an equal partner • Creativity and solution orientation • Willingness to work remotely from a home office and to travel to client sites • Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
