📋 Description

• Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures • Independently lead customer projects from planning through implementation • Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budgets • Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions • Actively contribute to the development of the consulting portfolio and business development • Support the development of forward-looking strategic concepts for clients • Build and sustainably maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, as well as a professional network • Help shape change in the insurance industry through process optimization, digitalization, and strategic consulting • Participate in internal decision-making processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program with a focus on insurance • 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally at a management consultancy or insurance company • Knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization • Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of the efficient design and sustainable implementation of complex workflows • Independent working style, initiative, and the ability to organize projects autonomously • Empathy and the ability to provide collaborative, partnership-based client consulting • Creativity and a solution-oriented approach • Willingness to travel to client sites • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
