📋 Description
• independently handle an inventory of litigated and non-litigated files • advise and mentor less senior attorneys • prepare discovery, legal pleadings, trial briefs • appear and advocate on behalf of CSAA IG and our member insureds • conduct all phases of personal injury litigation including jury trials, motions, and arbitration hearings • identify issues with major implications and refer to higher level staff for review
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8+ years of experience in insurance defense practice • law degree • license to practice law in California required • skilled in personal injury litigation • ability to communicate verbally and in writing • proficient computer skills including MS office and online research tools
