📋 Description

• Responsible for monthly and annual closing procedures; • Reconcile balance sheet accounts; • Manage the complete fixed asset cycle (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, issuing invoices, and maintaining the fixed asset movement register); • Analyze monthly and annual balance sheets and trial balances; • Record and reconcile payroll; • Record and reconcile public funds; • Support internal and external audits; • Classify and reclassify accounting accounts; • Assist other departments with accounting entries as needed; • Provide guidance to other departments on the correct accounting treatment of transactions; • Prepare statutory tax and accounting obligations, including ECD (Digital Accounting Bookkeeping) and ECF (Corporate Income Tax Electronic Filing); • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed) • Active CRC (professional accountant registration) / Experience with integrated ERP systems • Advanced Microsoft Office skills / Up-to-date with accounting standards and CPCs (Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements)
