📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams. • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals. • Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories. • Ensure efficient seed production planning, processing, quality, and inventory management. • Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and vendor relationships. • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely product delivery. • Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability across departments. • Coordinate with senior management on business planning and performance reviews. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies. • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams. • Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Seed Industry. • Proven experience in managing Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and overall business operations. • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. • Strong analytical, financial, and operational management skills.
