📋 Description

• Contact parents via phone and WhatsApp and guide them from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson • Speak with parents after the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course • Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements • Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM according to company procedures • Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions • Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan • Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Romanian • Basic English for internal communication with the international team • Experience in education-related, consultative, phone sales is required • Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and chat platforms • Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented • Great at multitasking, reliable and organized • Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset • Experience in customer support or education is a bonus
