📋 Description

• Provide technical and business expertise to support IS solutions • Collect and translate requirements for internal and external delivery parties • Coordinate ESG reporting across Automation divisions, Corporate Sustainability, and technical teams • Analyze ESG processes, data flows, and dependencies • Translate sustainability reporting needs into functional and data requirements • Identify data gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities • Provide requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support design, testing, and validation of ESG reporting solutions • Act as Product Owner for AU Sustainability reporting • Manage priorities and backlog and align solutions with business objectives • Ensure delivered solutions meet business, compliance, data, and usability expectations • Represent business stakeholders and promote solution adoption • Support effective use of ESG data and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, product ownership, or sustainability-related roles • Experience translating business, data, and reporting needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Good understanding of ESG or sustainability reporting processes, data flows, and governance expectations • Experience with BI, reporting, or data analytics solutions such as Power BI, SQL-based reporting, or similar tools • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to coordinate across business, sustainability, and technical teams • Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting requirements, ESG data models, or reporting frameworks • Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud-based data solutions, or CCDP-related delivery models • Knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, solution validation, and user acceptance testing • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or global matrix organizations
