📋 Description

• Leading the project team, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. • Developing a project charter and a project plan describing how the project will be executed, for communication to project team members, key stakeholders, and as the basis for execution. • Organizing, monitoring, and controlling activities to ensure effective achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources. • Establishing plans to mitigate and manage current and future risks on the project and maximize associated opportunities developing during the execution of the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field (required). • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management; Preferred candidate will have foundational knowledge of the human resource function or experience in project management for HR. • Experience working in a global environment and collaborating effectively within cross functional teams. • Proficient in Office 365 particularly Excel and Power Point. • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of tasks priority. • Self-starter, highly analytical, strong problem-solving skills, and team player. • Adaptable, flexible, and capable of quickly responding to changing circumstances. • Good relationship building capabilities. • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
