📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end legal business processes on behalf of Legal leadership • Define and implement the vision for legal workflow solutions • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities • Redesign workflows prior to automation, ensuring alignment with business needs • Develop process documentation and continuous improvement roadmaps • Translate legal requirements into scalable, structured system solutions • Configure and optimize tools supporting automated workflows • Act as the interface between Legal stakeholders and IT teams • Support integration of legal processes into technical architectures • Encourage user adoption of new systems and processes • Deliver training and ongoing support to legal teams • Act as a key contact for process and application-related queries • Promote collaboration across Legal and business functions • Ensure adherence to ABB’s Code of Conduct and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Business Process Management, Law or a related field (legal background is not required) • 5+ years’ experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology-driven operations • Proven experience working with enterprise technology platforms (e.g. CLM systems, workflow tools, automation solutions) • Strong track record in implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency • Experience leading end-to-end digital initiatives, from requirements gathering through to implementation and adoption • Solid understanding of process design, automation, and system integration within complex organizational environments • Experience driving change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement in technology-driven environments • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Six Sigma) or equivalent experience is a plus
