📋 Description
• 负责所分配客户的业绩达成，包括赢得“ZBA”新业务机会、合同续签及持续提升雅培在医院的份额 • 完成所分配客户的销售指标 • 与客户共同创造价值并维护现有业务 • 抓住价值创造机会和新业务机会 • 收集、分享和上报所负责客户的市场情报 • 完成指标及装机等各类绩效目标 • 定期盘点客户库存，合理预估业绩并跟踪订单完成情况 • 管理区域内重点客户及销售目标，维护客户数据完整性和准确性 • 进行客户满意度、风险和机会管理 • 与客户实验室、临床科室及管理层建立合作，挖掘需求并识别机会 • 识别业务丢失风险并制定预案 • 收集仪器、试剂、开单科室、竞品及渠道经销商信息，制定客户中长期发展计划 • 制定并执行客户拜访计划 • 制定并实施单元医院及区域业务规划 • 进行VBP报量预估和管理 • 收集行业政策变化并关注市场及竞争对手动态 • 协调客户投诉、售后服务及装机流程 • 配合市场项目、搭建学术圈子、维护临床医生并组织科内会 • 协调产品库存效期及PCR申请等流程，提升客户满意度
🎯 Requirements
• 临床/医学相关专业本科及以上学历 • 3-5年医疗保健/诊断行业经验（优先） • 优秀的解决问题能力和人际关系建立能力 • 敏锐的洞察力，了解关键利益相关者和客户动态 • 丰富的战略客户/重点客户管理经验 • 具备与高层管理人员合作的经验 • 出色的沟通能力 • 良好的学习能力 • 乐于接受新的理念/销售模式 • 掌握计算机技能（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
