• 负责所分配客户的业绩达成，包括赢得“ZBA”新业务机会、合同续签、持续提升雅培在医院的份额等 • 完成所分配客户的销售指标 • 与客户共同创造价值，维护现有业务 • 抓住价值创造机会和新业务机会 • 收集、分享并上报所负责客户的市场情报 • 完成指标、装机等各类绩效目标 • 定期盘点客户库存，进行业绩预估并跟踪订单完成情况 • 明确并管理区域内重点客户及目标客户的销售目标和数据 • 管理重点客户满意度、风险和业务机会 • 与客户回顾产品使用及市场活动，解决重点需求并提升客户满意度 • 与客户从实验室、临床科室到管理层建立合作，挖掘需求并识别机会 • 识别业务丢失风险并制定预案 • 收集仪器、试剂、开单科室、竞品及渠道经销商信息 • 挖掘客户需求、了解客户痛点并制定中长期发展计划 • 制定并执行客户拜访计划 • 制定并实施单元医院及区域业务规划 • 合理预估和管理VBP报量 • 收集行业政策变化，关注市场和竞争对手动态 • 作为问题解决第一负责人，整合公司内部资源 • 协调客户投诉、售后服务、装机、市场项目、学术活动、临床医生维护、库存效期及PCR申请等流程
🎯 Requirements
• 临床/医学相关专业本科及以上学历 • 3-5年医疗保健/诊断行业经验（优先） • 优秀的解决问题能力和人际关系建立能力 • 敏锐的洞察力，了解关键利益相关者和客户动态 • 丰富的战略客户/重点客户管理经验 • 具备与高层管理人员合作的经验 • 出色的沟通能力 • 良好的学习能力 • 乐于接受新的理念/销售模式 • 掌握计算机技能（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
