📋 Description

• Cumplir los objetivos anuales de ahorro, productividad y eliminación de desperdicios derivados de proyectos implementados. • Cumplir el porcentaje de proyectos IPS/Lean Six Sigma conforme al plan anual. • Cumplir los beneficios comprometidos de calidad, productividad, servicio o financieros. • Desarrollar la cultura de mejora continua mediante eventos Kaizen, talleres de Problem Solving y capacitaciones. • Asegurar los estándares de calidad para el entrenamiento del personal en metodologías IPS y herramientas de resolución de problemas. • Cumplir el Sistema Integrado de Procesos (IPS). • Implementar y dar seguimiento a Tier Meetings, Balanced Scorecard y Hoshin Kanri. • Cumplir las revisiones periódicas de métricos y cerrar las acciones derivadas.

🎯 Requirements

• Ingeniería o licenciatura en química, biomédica, industrial o afín. • Experiencia reciente mínimo 2 años realizando actividades similares. • Inglés Avanzado: técnico, hablado y escrito. • Experiencia en gestión e implementación de procesos de calidad.
