• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets (monthly/quarterly/annually) • Align business plans with national strategic objectives and ensure KPI performance • Partner with Enterprise Accounts to drive contract compliance and portfolio pull-through • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team • Maintain compliance with expense reporting and training requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 5+ years of successful people management • 10+ years in medical devices, preferably in a regulated environment • Willingness to travel 50–75% for regional/national initiatives
