• Impulsar al equipo de ventas de distribuidores para desarrollar nuevos negocios e incrementar los ingresos en la base instalada. • Asegurar que los distribuidores del país cumplan con las estrategias de ventas de la división, es decir, con el plan de ventas y margen del distribuidor. • Participar activamente en el cierre de acuerdos y ejecutar programas que incrementen los ingresos y la cuota de mercado. • Construir relaciones sólidas en todos los niveles del canal de distribución. • Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Marketing, Finanzas, Legal, Ética y Cumplimiento y Operaciones para impulsar el enfoque en las soluciones de Abbott y asegurar la lealtad a la marca dentro del canal de distribución.
• Licenciatura requerida. • Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas (diagnóstico, dispositivos médicos, hospitales). • Se valora la experiencia en ventas en el sector de diagnóstico. • Experiencia en gestión de canales de distribución. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. • Dominio del inglés indispensable. • Disponibilidad para viajar el 50% del tiempo.
