• Create demand for Abbott products. • Ensure customers are well-stocked with Abbott Nutrition samples and materials. • Maintain records of sampling and selling activities in real time. • Prepare territory business plan and ensure proper analysis of territory KPI’s. • Sell to health care professionals. • Details adult and pediatric product lines to community-based HCP. • Optimize call coverage and enters all calls details in SFDC in real time. • Monitor activities and trends in the field. • Update territory business plan.
• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or science - background in nutrition an asset. • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. • Strong presentation skills. • Experience using basic computer software like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Outlook and Salesforce.com. • Adaptable from a scheduling perspective and has the ability to work autonomously. • Strong territory management skills. • Maintenance of a valid driver’s license at all times. • Must be able to lift, carry and manage car stock and sample delivery to customers. • Available for overnight trips, depending on territory could represent up to 10% travel.
