📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to foster strong, long-lasting client relationships that drive business growth in national and regional healthcare systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client solutions • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights to the team • Implement and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent performance • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members reporting dotted line • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and competitive landscape • Territory will cover the West Region with 40% travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years in strategic account management role • 10+ years business experience • Proven experience in sales management, focus on strategic account management a plus. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong leadership and team management skills • Strong knowledge of commercial execution fundamentals (metric management, goal setting, cadence etc.) • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends. • Strong Microsoft suite skills • Ability to travel as required.
