📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Southern Netherlands territory, driving sales performance and market development • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across Primary & Secondary Care • Promote and position Abbott’s Infectious Disease POC portfolio strategically within your region • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts • Prepare tailored proposals and manage the full contract lifecycle • Align with internal stakeholders on commercial strategy and share relevant market insights • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback • Deliver product training and application support to customers • Represent Abbott at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events • Ensure accurate documentation of all activities in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the laboratory diagnostics market in the Netherlands • Strong track record in acquiring new business and building sustainable customer relationships • Ability to work independently in a part-time, field-based role with high ownership • Strong communication and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels • Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and presentation abilities • Proactive, energetic personality with a hands-on mentality • Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving targets • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must • Willingness to travel (approx. 70–80%)
