• 制定并执行所负责机构的酷塑与丝珂工作计划,通过积极的业务活动和策略达到业务目标。 • 深入了解皮肤美容与塑形产品线,挖掘并掌握客户需求,匹配相应策略。 • 与潜在客户和现有客户建立和维护良好的关系,了解机构的需求和反馈。 • 通过合法渠道关注市场动态、行业趋势及竞品信息,形成市场洞察。 • 定期汇报业务情况,分析数据并提出改进建议。 • 与内部团队密切合作,确保工作目标的达成。 • 完成上级要求的各项任务。
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历,医药、医疗器材或相关专业毕业。 • 三年以上皮肤美容或医疗器械等相关领域工作经验,有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑。 • 良好的客户管理经验。 • 良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神。 • 良好的学习及数据分析能力。 • 具备自我驱动力,能够独立制定工作计划并有效执行。 • 对护肤品,医疗美容产品及市场趋势有一定了解。
