📋 Description

• Build, develop, and lead a team of consultants, ensuring alignment with goals, clarity of priorities, and excellence in executing territory plans • Develop the team’s capabilities in scientific knowledge, the patient journey, the promotional process, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration through structured coaching and ongoing feedback • Lead recruitment, performance management, and succession planning processes • Lead the implementation of franchise strategies, ensuring executional excellence and team readiness • Develop and strengthen relationships with dermatologists, allergists, centers of excellence, public and private institutions, medical societies, and other stakeholders • Direct the management of the medical panel and district performance indicators, monitoring strategic KPIs and implementing actions for sustainable growth • Build territory plans and lead their execution, ensuring coverage, segmentation, and measurable impact • Manage the team budget with financial discipline and compliance with corporate policies • Translate market data, customer insights, and performance indicators into strategies, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks • Maintain strong knowledge of the portfolio, scientific evidence, and the competitive environment • Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders • Bring analyses and insights to business forums and share best practices • Comply with corporate policies and guidelines, ensuring ethics, integrity, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, Dermatology, Biologics, or high-cost/high-specialty markets • Proven experience leading and managing teams • Strong knowledge of territory management, strategic planning, market analysis, and generating insights for decision-making • Experience managing a district budget with a focus on efficiency • Experience orchestrating the access ecosystem and patient journey • Intermediate English proficiency • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel • The role will cover all states in Southern Brazil
