📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the assigned sales territory • Lead the launch of a new product in the assigned territory • Build a sustainable market presence • Develop customer and account strategies based on market, organizational structure, and potential analyses • Translate brand and launch strategies into effective initiatives across personal and digital channels • Present scientific data and treatment concepts to specialist physicians, hospitals, and oncology centers • Work closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and the in-field team • Proactively contribute relevant customer insights • Develop customer engagement, educational, and networking formats • Act in compliance at all times

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical sales representative training, or an equivalent qualification • Required expertise in accordance with Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz) • Experience in pharmaceutical field sales, ideally in specialist oncology or hemato-oncology sales • Knowledge of and experience with multiple myeloma are desirable • Ability to communicate complex scientific content clearly, persuasively, and in a way tailored to the target audience • Customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Ability to use data to make well-founded decisions • Proficiency with digital communication channels and CRM systems • Fluent German communication skills • Good English skills • Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
