📋 Description

• Targeted new customer acquisition • Systematic management of customers in the region using performance-oriented customer development plans • Visiting specialist physicians in private practice and hospitals in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg • Supporting the prescription of innovative, consultation-intensive therapy concepts • Building and expanding network partnerships with potential customers and users • Participating in trade fairs and conferences • Independently conducting product presentations, product training, and product support for physicians and nursing staff • Monitoring and analyzing the market and reporting on innovations and changes • Developing strategies to achieve greater success in the region and globally • Providing instruction on infusion pumps and presenting various infusion pump models to users in medical practices and hospitals

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and professional appearance • Reliability and strong organizational skills • Resilience, flexibility, and an above-average level of commitment • Previous field sales experience preferred • Ideally, a nursing qualification as a registered nurse or training as a medical assistant • Ideally, experience with outpatient infusion pump therapies, including subcutaneous immunoglobulin therapy, parenteral pain and nutritional therapies, or chemotherapy • Initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and professional expertise • Class 3 driving license (equivalent to a standard passenger-car driving license) • Willingness to travel extensively
