• Presenting and marketing our aesthetic products (medical devices) by phone to specialist physicians • Communicating with our customers via multiple channels such as phone, e-mail and virtual conferencing tools to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets • Meeting or exceeding sales targets for the assigned inside sales (remote) territory • Increasing market share in the assigned territory • Persuading customers of competing products to switch, identifying and winning new customers, expanding relationships with existing customers, and re‑acquiring lost customers • Actively qualifying and generating leads • Realizing cross‑selling opportunities • Planning and owning the entire sales cycle, from first contact with prospective customers to closing and long‑term customer retention • Planning and conducting remote customer appointments, including thorough follow‑up • Providing technical information, presenting and marketing the relevant products to office‑based physicians and hospital specialists • Planning and executing outbound calls, and handling inbound calls • Qualifying leads • Ongoing profiling and assessment of customer potential • Revenue‑maximizing annual planning for the assigned remote territory with a focus on strategic territory management • Analyzing the market with regard to sales development of our products and competitors, identifying opportunities and critical trends • Effective and targeted use of marketing materials to convincingly convey core messages, product differentiation and our brands’ positioning versus competitors • Focused implementation of product claims and alignment of activities with marketing plans and sales cycles, including strategic direction and tactics (implementation of the brand strategy) • Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks and fulfillment of KPIs • Competent customer management and proactive, continuous advocacy for customer needs • Ensuring excellent customer service, professionally handling customer inquiries and issues, proposing solution strategies, and promptly following up on agreed activities • Attendance at regional events when required
• Completed training qualifying you to work as a medical device consultant • Successfully completed commercial or scientific training, pharmaceutical representative training, or the required expertise under §75 of the German Medicines Act • Basic knowledge of GxP • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably including at least one year in telephone service • Willingness to train in telephone sales • Strong affinity for the aesthetics industry • Excellent written and spoken German • Good English skills are desirable • Strong customer focus to achieve high levels of customer/patient satisfaction • High persuasiveness and a presentation‑ and closing‑oriented personality with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team • High degree of agility and a willingness to continuously adapt to changing market conditions and to proactively and creatively adjust working methods • Advanced digital literacy and confident use of digital solutions (Veeva CRM and CLM, XPM, WebEx, etc.) as well as MS Office user skills • Willingness for continuous professional development • Ability to explain complex scientific relationships in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and to discuss them with different customer groups • High motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals • Excellent performance management skills to continuously optimize sales target achievement • Strong analytical ability combined with creativity • Flexibility, commitment and team spirit
