📋 Description

• Develop work plans based on established objectives and regional market conditions, and track, adjust, and improve them promptly • Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, and summarize and optimize them in a timely manner • Build an efficient team and foster a culture of compliant operations and integrity • Provide professional training for regional personnel and develop individual development plans • Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals • Identify opportunities and expand new business • Establish cross-departmental and cross-regional communication mechanisms to ensure communication efficiency and quality • Strictly comply with the company's OEC policy and effectively execute company marketing plans • Report drug adverse events related to company products discovered during daily work and assist PV in collecting required information when necessary • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, practicing company values and integrity and compliance principles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field • More than five years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than two years of team management experience • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities • Good medical understanding and market planning and execution capabilities • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Good presentation and cross-department collaboration skills • Willingness to undertake corresponding business travel as required by the company
