📋 Description

• Identification and acquisition of new customers • Providing scientific information, presenting and marketing the product to neurologists and pain specialists in private practices and hospitals • Designing, organizing and delivering continuing education events • Conducting training for physicians in practices and clinics • Close cooperation with all functions within the in-field team • Designing, aligning and implementing a territory plan within the in-field team • Collecting market information and customer insights and determining the customer's position in the sales cycle • Co-responsibility for achieving regional targets • Professional reporting: timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks • Compliance with all applicable functional requirements as well as legal and regulatory obligations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a natural science • Pharmaceutical sales representative training or required expertise in accordance with §75 of the German Medicines Act • Successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not mandatory • Passion for the role and enthusiasm for personal development • Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts appropriately for the target audience • Strong persuasive ability and a closing-oriented personality with excellent communication skills • High level of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve goals • Strong digital proficiency and analytical skills combined with creativity • Pioneering spirit and a strong drive for success, including commitment to personal development within the company • Flexibility, willingness to go the extra mile, and team spirit • Excellent written and spoken English
