📋 Description

• Budget Cycle and Targets Management: • o Participate in the preparation, consolidation and review of the Annual Budget and periodic revisions (Forecast) for the commercial portfolios; • o Monitor and critically analyze "Actual vs Budget" variances, identifying root causes of portfolio and product revenue deviations; • o Support the definition, roll-out and monthly calculation of commercial targets, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives; • o Project results by simulating different business scenarios. • Strategic Support to the Commercial Area: • o Act as the focal point for commercial executives, clarifying questions about the composition of portfolio financial results. • Data Governance and Investigation: • o Investigate any inconsistencies or revenue deviations, ensuring data quality in the databases. • Data Visualization & Executive Reporting: • o Develop, automate and maintain dashboards in Looker to facilitate data consumption by commercial managers. • Budget Cycle and Targets Management: (duplicate) • o Participate in the preparation, consolidation and review of the Annual Budget and periodic revisions (Forecast) for the commercial portfolios; • o Monitor and critically analyze "Actual vs Budget" variances, identifying root causes of portfolio and product revenue deviations; • o Support the definition, roll-out and monthly calculation of commercial targets, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives; • o Project results by simulating different business scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Business & Finance: Strong knowledge of banking products (credit, funding, services) and accounting concepts for financial institutions; • Budgeting and Analysis: Solid expertise in Budget and Forecast routines, Actual vs Budget analysis, Financial Mathematics and Profitability Management; • Behavioral Skills: Analytical ability, systems thinking, critical mindset and excellent communication for direct interaction with executives and commercial areas; • Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial application software; • Desirable: knowledge of SQL, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BI tools.
