📋 Description

• Execute and monitor payment and financial settlement operations (onshore and offshore). • Operate critical systems of the Brazilian Payments System (SPB), including STR, SPI (PIX), clearing and payment arrangements. • Monitor settlements, cash positions, reserves and financial flows. • Perform operational and system reconciliations, ensuring consistency and traceability. • Handle exceptions, settlement failures and operational incidents, adhering to SLAs and procedures. • Interact with partner areas (Treasury, Technology, Product, Compliance, Risk and Audit). • Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and operational information. • Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and internal controls. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation and systematization of operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge • - Brazilian Payments System (SPB). • - Financial settlement processes, clearing, STR and PIX. • - Operational treasury and cash controls. • - Financial and operational reconciliations. • - Internal controls and operational risk. • Systems and technology • - Hands-on experience with transactional banking systems. • - Knowledge of financial messaging (e.g., SWIFT). • - Intermediate/advanced Excel (reconciliations, controls and analyses). • - Ability to read and interpret financial layouts and files. • Education • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. • Essential soft skills for success in the role • - Strong operational discipline • - Ability to work under pressure • - Clear and objective communication • - End-to-end process-oriented mindset • - Interest and familiarity with RPA, automation and operational systematization • - Ability to translate operational pain points into structural improvements • - Openness to change and continuous learning.
