📋 Description

• Define and lead the testing strategy for the SAP S/4HANA conversion project • Plan and organize unit, integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end tests • Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts with a focus on critical processes • Coordinate test cycles with SAP teams (functional, BASIS, ABAP) and business areas • Ensure validation of impacted objects (customizations, integrations, workflows, reports and interfaces) • Manage defects from reporting through fix validation • Support cutover and go-live testing activities • Ensure QA best practices, traceability and adherence to methodologies • Produce and present status reports, quality indicators and risk assessments • Serve as the technical and methodological QA reference within the project

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior QA in SAP projects • Experience with regression, integration and UAT testing in SAP environments • Knowledge of test and defect management tools (Solution Manager, CTM, Jira, ALM or similar) • Experience in complex environments with multiple integrations • Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies • Analytical, organized profile with strong quality orientation • Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business areas • Ability to provide functional leadership and coordinate activities • Proactive in identifying risks • Critical mindset with a focus on post go-live stability • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (Test Suite / ChaRM) • Experience in large-scale or multinational projects • Knowledge of SAP test automation • Experience with hypercare/AMS post-conversion phases
