📋 Description

• Assist customers. • Identify opportunities and solution needs for the customer’s business, creating value. • Respond to customer requests and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, negotiations and new business avenues to drive sales. • Identify potential issues customers may face and act to improve their performance. • Communicate with Product, Risk and Support teams to resolve problems, sell and implement new solutions.

• Results- and target-oriented. • Analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactivity and resilience to solve problems and suggest improvements. • Organizational skills to manage your activities and customer pipeline. • Previous experience in the commercial/sales area. • Basic Excel knowledge.
