• We are seeking a motivated Host Family Recruiter to help identify and recruit host families for international high school students attending private F1 schools in the U.S. • This role involves outreach within designated communities, sharing information about our program, and guiding potential host families through the application process. • The recruiter will also be responsible for screening applicants and verifying references to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential host families. • Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple applicants. • Comfortable conducting phone interviews and reference checks. • Familiarity with international student exchange programs is a plus. • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate online application systems like ExLink.
