📋 Description

• Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific GTM function, defining a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact. • Build and ship AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code). • Lead technical design and architecture decisions, creating reusable components that accelerate future AI development. • Deliver production-grade automations that fundamentally reshape how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate. • Communicate progress, business impact, and demos directly to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical product management, PM / software engineering, early-stage startups, or GTM engineering roles. • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar). • Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship. • Prior experience in product management or software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled products. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort using AI-assisted development tools. • Clear communicator capable of influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
