📋 Description

• Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits • Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through health plan options • Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process • Represent BroadPath and our client partners with professionalism and care

🎯 Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License • Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath/Sagility) • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment • Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close
