• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field • 5+ years in conformity assessment, standardization, or quality assurance • Experience in project management and client support management • A range of assessment (or auditing) experience • Ability to lead teams and projects • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong keyboarding skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse audiences • Familiarity with accreditation programs, standards, and accredited conformity market landscape • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability under pressure
