📋 Description

• Define and maintain frontend architecture with client technical leadership, including framework, state management, rendering strategy, and micro-frontends or monolith decisions • Set coding conventions, review practices, linting and testing strategy, and define the frontend definition of done • Set and monitor performance, accessibility, security, cross-browser, and device-support standards • Break down epics technically, provide estimations, identify technical risks, and unblock the team during sprints • Represent frontend concerns with backend/API teams, UX, QA, and architecture • Coach developers, run technical sessions, support hiring and onboarding, and develop team seniority • Maintain a visible technical-debt backlog and plan upgrades and migrations • Explain technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs to clients and management in business terms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with React • Strong experience with TypeScript • Strong experience with GraphQL • Experience with CSS-in-JS (PandaCSS) • Strong communication skills and ability to engage proactively in discussions • Independent and self-driven approach to work • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and decisions • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result • Experience with Node.js (nice to have) • Experience with Headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful (nice to have) • Experience with Playwright (nice to have)
